Rachel Lim is the co-founder and Chief Experience Officer of the Love, Bonito Group, Singapore’s largest fast fashion brand known for perfecting the Asian fit for women. Starting at a tender age of 19, her vision has created a strong, yet relatable brand that successfully merges the online and offline retail experience through constant customer engagement as well as great designs at affordable prices.
As the face of the company, Rachel has built Love, Bonito on the foundation of empowering women’s confidence through inspiring women to dress well and right. She devotes a big portion of her efforts and time to nurture and connect with the Love, Bonito community. Her deep understanding of customers’ needs and preferences has been integral in the branding and sales strategy. Key customer initiatives such as Styling Workshops are always oversubscribed, and have led to greater loyalty and engagement with the Love, Bonito customers.
Presently, Rachel heads product design, brand development, and the community-driven initiatives for the Love, Bonito Group. Apart from overseeing the overall quality, Rachel also works closely with the design team to ensure that each piece retains their signature fit.
With her influence and innate ability to connect with people, Rachel has created a loyal customer base who not only resonate with the brand, but also value their products, and that has been a large reason why Love, Bonito is Singapore’s top women’s fashion label today.
In 2016, Rachel was honored by Forbes as Asia’s 30 under 30 under the “Retail & E-commerce” category.
